PAYMENT METHODS
Online Shopping Cart: All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encrypted checkout.

NON-CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Use the online Order Form on our Contact Info page and make funds payable to BanginBeats.com.
For mail in orders we accept: Money Order (We accept US Postal Money Orders Only), Cashiers Check, We also accept Personal & Business checks with 10 day fund verification period.
*There is a $15 fee on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
International customers must pay by credit card or paypal only.
Paypal Orders: Use our shopping cart, just select "Make payment through Paypal" at checkout.

Vinyl record orders add .55 cents per album to overall shipping.

All orders outside the US must pay by Credit Card or international Money Order.
A $14.95 International shipping & handling fee applies to all orders outside the USA and Canada.

Orders for Digital Delivery for individual kits receive download links via email immediately after purchase. orders for one of our larger package deals consisting of several kits, require a nominal digital delivery period of generally less than 24 hours.
Orders with Standard US shipping average delivery within 7-10 business days of payment.
Orders with Priority US shipping average delivery within 3-5 business days of payment.
Credit Card and Money Order purchases are usually fastest. Check payments are subject to a 10 day fund verification period before processing. International delivery times vary vastly depending on location. The average turnaround is 7-10 business days for most international locations, but can be as much as 2-3 weeks.
Express orders are processed and ship the next business day after payment clears. This delivery option is only available within the United States and does not guarantee next day delivery. We drop everything and process these orders right away, but we cannot be held responsible or refund shipping charges due to shipping carrier delays or technical issues beyond our control.
If a product is unavailable for shipment due to a stock shortage or technical issue, we'll be in contact asap.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital delivery is available for sound-set orders using the following formats: Wav, AIFF, MPC1000, MPC2000/XL, MPC2500, MPC3000, MPC4000, & MV8000. Just Choose "Digital Delivery" in the shipping options at checkout & if your order is for individual kits, you'll receive download links via email immediately after your purchase. If your order is for one of our larger package deals consisting of several kits, require a nominal digital delivery period of generally less than 24 hours.
Important Digital Delivery Notes:
1) Due to bandwidth issues, soundware orders for more than 15-20 kits cannot be delivered digitally. We can sometimes be flexible on this, but no guarantees.
2) Some email systems may mistakenly recognize your digital delivery order as spam and either block it, or filter it into a bulk mail or 'spam' folder. If your order appears to be running late, please check any bulk mail folder you might have. This is often the reason. It's also a good idea to add @BanginBeats.com to your address book. This will ensure that your email system recognizes Bangin-Beats order emails as wanted messages. Click here for detailed tips on avoiding digital delivery delays due to spam blocking.
3) Mozilla web browser users have reported issues with file recognition and uncompressing zipped sound sets after download. Because we cannot troubleshoot computer or browser problems, we recommend using a different browser (ie. Internet Explorer) when downloading digital delivery orders. If this isn't possible, consider having your order shipped to you. Add shipping charges to order
WARRANTY
All soundware products are warranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. If for any reason you have a problem reading a disk, just send it back & we'll gladly replace it, no questions asked. (Customer pays Shipping & Handling costs above).
Any warranty included or available on non-soundware products will be outlined on the products information/description page.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICIES
For product refund or exchange requests, please email us with the reason for the return, the order ID#, and the full name the order was placed under to obtain a return authorization number. Due to the cost of consumables & soundware media, there is a $5.00 restocking fee on all returns and orders canceled after processing. (Processing refers to any time a custom soundware order has been written to disc(s), or anytime after shipment of non-soundware products)
Digital Delivery orders cancelled after preparation are also subject to a $5.00 charge. Preparation is the process of embedding any files with a client's information before uploading to our digital delivery server.
Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Soundware, vinyl, CDs, DVD's & books are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipping damages or defective product, (ie. corrupt disks). For these issues, see our warranty above.
We reserve the right to offer substitute sound sets in the rare event of a technical problem beyond our control.
