LICENSING
If you've purchased our product(s) for use in a professional/commercial capacity, we don't require any additional licensing fees. We do however ask you register your attraction with us. Registration does not entitle registrant to further use or license in any capacity other than public performance at registered venue. Contact us via email for haunted Attraction registration info.

PAYMENT METHODS
Online Shopping Cart: All online orders are processed through Paypal's 128 bit SSL encrypted checkout. It is not neccesary to become a Paypal member.
The VeriSign certified Paypal secure server guarantees privacy and security for all transactions processed.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit & debit cards.
Charges will appear clearly on your statement as Paypal/info@DepartedStudios.com.
NON-CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Use the online Order Form on our Contact Info page and make funds payable to Kirk Rothrum.
For mail in orders we accept: Money Order (We accept US Postal Money Orders Only), Cashiers Check, We also accept Personal & Business checks with 10 day fund verification period.
*There is a $15 fee on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
International customers must pay by credit card or paypal only.

Standard (US Only): $2.99 flat rate. | Priority (US Only): $4.95 flat rate.
Canada: $6.95.
International / Anywhere in the world: $12.95.
Express (1-2 Day - US Only): $15.95.
TURNAROUND TIME
Orders for Digital Delivery average 24-48 hours after payment clears.
Orders with Standard US shipping average delivery within 5-7 business days of payment.
Orders with Priority US shipping average delivery within 3-5 business days of payment.
International delivery times vary vastly depending on location, but average 7-10 business days depending on location.
Express orders are processed and ship the next business day after payment clears. This delivery option is only available within the United States and does not guarantee next day delivery. We drop everything and process these orders right away, but we cannot be held responsible or refund shipping charges due to shipping carrier delays or technical issues beyond our control.
If a product is unavailable for shipment due to a stock shortage or technical issue, we'll be in contact asap.

WARRANTY
All CDs products are warranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you have a problem reading a disk, just send it back & we'll gladly replace it, no questions asked. Customer pays Shipping & Handling costs above).
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICIES
For product refund or exchange requests, please email us with the reason for the request, the Order ID#, and the full name the order was placed under. (Processing refers to any time a custom soundware order has been written to disc(s), or anytime after shipment of non-soundware products).
Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. CDs are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipping damages or defective product, (ie. corrupt disks). For these issues, see our warranty above.
