and in industry circles you don't have access to. If you're not familiar with Kool G Rap, leave now.

All submissions will be screened and listened to thoroughly.

The Top 5 Producer's music will be screened by Domingo and shopped directly to Kool G Rap and others. Bring that HEAT! The top 5 Will also win a Bangin-Beats Battle King Trophy, and a $50 soundware credit for Bangin-Beats!

If you find all of the terms set forth acceptable click the "I Agree" button and proceed with track submission.. If you do NOT  Agree to these terms & conditions, Bangin-Beats can not accept your submission.

(1.) I hereby certify that the information in this form is complete and true to the best of my knowledge.

(2.) I hereby certify that I am who I claim to be and that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo reserves the right to confirm submitters identity before forwarding any submission.

(3.) I understand that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo , its management, or any and all officers, owners, and employees of company do not provide any kind of direct compensation to the author, composer, performer, publisher, copyright owner, or record company for the submission of these compositions. Nor does Domingo.

(4.) I understand that the information provided by me to Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo may be used in their database for networking in the interest of placing tracks.

(5.) I am submitting these tracks and by doing so, release Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo from obligations to notify my performance rights organization (if any) if my tracks are selected as finalists or chosen to be featured for download on BanginBeats.com in relation to this track submission.

(6.) I hereby certify that submitter has notified his/her/their copyright co-owner (if any) and that said copyright co-owner (publisher(s), co-author(s), or any other person, entity, corporation, or company) is also in agreement with ALL of the terms and conditions set forth in this statement.

(7.) I hereby certify that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo will not be held liable for any condition(s), disagreements, or legalities that my arise between submitter and other entity(s) not identified in this statement.

(8.) I understand that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo may remove submitters tracks at any point in time from the Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo submission list for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo.

(9.) I agree as the submitter of this song that I will abide by any future terms or conditions that may arise in relation to technical or legal issues encountered by Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo pending notification of such changes by Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo and agreement by submitter to said terms or conditions after notification.

(10.) I understand and agree that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo holds submitter responsible for false information that is provided to Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo and may seek recovery of damages or liability incurred by Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo from any third party as a result of false information provided by submitter.

(11.) I understand that tracks submitted to Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo might not be forwarded for consideration even after agreeing to and submitting this information. I understand that this is not a management agreement in any way. I understand that my music submissions are being considered for a contest only, with no guarantee of success even in the event that I win.

(12.) Submitter hereby gives permission to perform file format conversion(s) at Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo's discretion to determine file quality or for inclusion on the Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo CD of forwarded tracks for review..

(13.) Submitter understands and agrees that submissions will NOT be returned, and un-forwarded or “non-winning” submissions will be disposed of and not kept on file unless I expressly request it.

(14.) Submitter understands and agrees that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo shall not be held liable for lost or damaged CDs or other property sent to Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo. BANGIN-BEATS.COM AND/OR DOMINGO CANNOT GUARANTEE SERVICES RENDERED BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPING SUCH AS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE/COMPANY AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

(15.) Submitter of tracks may request removal from inclusion at any time. Submitter will allow up to thirty days  for removal. Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo will erase ALL song, submitter, and copyright info from its database and delete all requested audio files within thirty days of request receipt.

I understand that any forwarding of tracks submitted for consideration is done at the sole discretion of Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo.  I also understand that no guarantee is either expressed or implied, that any successful track placement, sale or use will occur in relation to this track submission. I understand that Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo is serving as a 3rd party connection for the shopping of these tracks for review, and is not responsible for any unauthorized use.

Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, demands, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees), arising out of or relating to your submission of tracks.

Miscellaneous Legal Provisions.
By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles or conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bangin-Beats.com and/or Domingo or its affiliates. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
