(13.) Submitter understands and agrees that an S.A.S.E. (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with sufficient postage) MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE SUBMISSION IF THE SUBMITTER WISHES THAT THE MATERIAL SENT TO BANGIN-BEATS.COM  BE RETURNED!

(14.) Submitter understands and agrees that Bangin-Beats.com shall not be held liable for lost or damaged CDs or other property sent to Bangin-Beats.com or returned by Bangin-Beats.com. Bangin-Beats.com promises to make every reasonable effort to return materials upon request in good condition MINUS ANY SHRINK WRAPPING OR PRICE LABELS. BANGIN-BEATS.COM CANNOT GUARANTEE SERVICES RENDERED BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPING SUCH AS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE/COMPANY AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

(15.) Submitter of tracks may request removal from inclusion at any time. Submitter will allow up to thirty days  for removal. Bangin-Beats.com will erase ALL song, submitter, and copyright info from its database and delete all requested audio files within thirty days of request receipt.

I understand that any forwarding of tracks submitted for consideration is done at the sole discretion of Bangin-Beats.com.  I also understand that no guarantee is either expressed or implied, that any successful track placement, sale or use will occur in relation to this track submission. I understand that Bangin-Beats.com is serving as a 3rd party connection for the shopping of these tracks for review, and is not responsible for any unauthorized use.

Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bangin-Beats.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, demands, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees), arising out of or relating to your submission of tracks.
